This competition is open to both current clients as well as those not currently enrolled in personal training programs at BCS Fitness.
 
The intention of this competition is to help you get a “quick win” in your transformation journey that can help spur you on toward more wins after the 6 week Dynamic Duos Challenge is over in February. Your “duo” could be your spouse, your friend, your co-worker, or your current training buddy. Cash prize of $1000 each for the top 3 teams!

Current clients compete on their team for FREE!* $250 for non-member duos for 6 weeks of 1:5 personal training at 3 days per week. 

*Guests cannot have trained at BCS Fitness between 6/1/23 and 12/31/23

What Makes this Challenge Special...
Customized Training 
You will be enrolling in 6 weeks of 1:5 personal training at 3 days per week. You and your buddy won’t have to get worried about getting lost in a packed large group class or boot camp. 

Every training session will be customized to you so whether you’ve been working out or it’s been 20 years since you’ve picked up a dumbbell...you will fit in perfectly and get the coaching you need. 
Simple Nutrition Solutions
We will help you simplify your approach to changing your eating habits so you can feel confident about your plan and avoid starving yourself to facilitate fat loss.

We've learned in the last 20 years of helping clients that week-to-week habit change progression leads to better long-term results compared to meal plans, diets, and detoxes that NOBODY likes following.  These only last for short periods of time and leave you feeling frustrated when life throws you a curveball. 
Time Efficient
We will honor your time by not asking you to waste time at the gym. Your coach will put together an effective and efficient training plan that will give you the “biggest bang for your time buck.”

 All we ask is that you give us 30-35 minutes of your day 3 times per week. Boom...that’s all we need to help you look, move, and feel (at least) 10 years younger!
