WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE TO START?
As a new client, we meet with you initially one-on-one to learn about you, coach you through a one-on-one training session on the studio floor to decide which movements will be most helpful for you, and learn how we can best support you. Once we've designed your program, you begin training in a small group with 3 or 4 others at a day/time/location of your choice at either our Barron Rd or Texas Ave studio. 

Your coach will have a tailored program just for you on their iPad during all your training sessions and will curate the specific list of exercises with the intensity you need to get the best long-term results possible. 

Worried about a past injury? No problem. Our coaches will have all of your health & training data right in front of them so they can help you get both a safe and effective workout in less time.
